Main features of the procedure : The framework agreement shall primarily cover the need for services for emptying, inspecting and cleaning fat separators, sand traps and septic tanks, steaming ice plugs, as well as turn-out assignments for high pressure flushing sealed pipes, filming pipes etc. in the Water and Sewage installations for Forsvarsbygg RENO, the districts sør-Troms, Midt-Troms and Nord-Troms.The service shall also include the disposal of suction material for a legal reception, i.e. unwatered septic sludge, animal biproducts and sludge from a grease separator. oil and fat waste, oily sand trap sludge/sludge and extinguishing water. Absorbed materials that are considered hazardous waste shall be final treated in accordance with the current regulations and the tenderer is responsible for the correct classification and declaring.
