The contractor will, for example, be asked to: • conduct comprehensive psychosocial risks assessments within the European Parliament, at the level of its constituent entities and/or at the level of certain occupational categories within the institution, and/or at the level of the whole institution using quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies; provide evolving assessments (changes over time) or comparative assessments (based on similar organisations and relevant benchmarking); propose prevention plans; make proposals and/or contribute at establishing the communication plans to prepare and/or inform staff of the psychosocial risks assessment; • advise, support and raise awareness among the staff and management about psychosocial well-being, procedures and consequences of psychosocial risks, as well as the implementation of a global prevention plan and targeted actions; • advise and support on elaboration of procedures, practices, policies related to well-being at work; • provide support services for the resolution of workplace grievances, conflicts and undesirable behaviour; • design and deliver training or presentations on topics within the field of psychosocial risk at work.
