The plan ought, among other things, to describe in particular: • Organisation of a "main contractor" (the supplier) with any sub-contractors. • Description of the rigging and necessary rigging areas. • Description of other work tasks, particularly the execution of welding work, excavation work, laying pipes, etc. • The construction work requires a lot of material, and the offered equipment ought to be provided, including which equipment, particularly size, type and number of excavators, etc. that shall be used for this facility. • HSE risk comprehension for this contract, including identified risk risk measures and planned measures to deal with these. • What challenges are expected and how these are intended to be solved, for example, compared to the 3rd party, winter work ditch and pipe stretch. • A rough progress plan that shows that the work is feasible in the offered execution time, with critical lines, milestones (i.a. start-up, day articulate milestone and final deadline), duration of the work operations and the number of work layers in the line. • Plan/solution for traffic deviation for the construction work. • An account of the site and project manager ́s presence in the site area. Name : Climate and environment Emphasis will be put on the offered execution of the contract work with as low as possible direct emissions from machines within the site area. The construction area covers the construction site, rigging areas and all temporary areas that will be used for the execution of the contract. The lower the emissions, the better the offered emissions will be assessed.
Description : The offered and binding list of all heavy machine types (over 5 tons) that shall be used within the site area, with a statement of the engine type/energy carrier and planned operating hours within the contract. Information on how electrical machines are charged shall be stated for electrical machines. For fossile fuel machines, the type of machinery should be stated. This can be answered by supplementing the template for the emission reducing site area, Annex D. Select: Other fossile machines, or substantially more operating hours, are allowed for fulfilment of the contract than those listed in Annex D. It is forbidden to use fossile fuel as the source of electricity supply. The builder does not have an overview of the available capacity of electricity in the area.
