Description : City of Oslo is procuring a new journalsystem for the emergency doctor surgery. In this dialogue we would like to talk to EPJ providers within emergency services. An overview of relevant services is presented as patient cases in annex 1. Background: Oslo legevakt (emergency room) has approx. 1300 users of the journal system, which is currently CGM Vision. Approx. 300 consultations are carried out daily, and approx. 950 telephone calls are handled to the emergency room centre. The current system consists of many manual processes with a need for additional applications and self-developed systems. We would like a journal system that provides more efficient system support for the current services, increased possibilities for interaction and better decision support for employees. An overview of relevant services and general needs is listed in attachment 1. The following departments at Oslo legevakt are to be included in the procurement: - General Doctor Surgery. -Observation Post. -Assault reception centre. -Psychosocial services -Administrative functions Supplier dialogue: We invite tenderers to a joint information meeting Monday 4 November, 12:00 - 13:30. This is open to all with an interest in our work with modernisation of journal systems in Oslo municipality. Upon registration we request that you specify the number of people who would like to participate physically. We invite to 1:1 meetings with relevant tenderers 6-8 November. 90 minutes per supplier. These meetings are limited to EHR suppliers. Registration for both the information meeting and 1:1 by email to: markedsdialog.helsedata@origo.oslo.kommune.no .
