Description : Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) and Trade and Sustainable Development (TSD) Compliance Support Facility: intelligence gathering, research, communication, and stakeholder engagement on compliance with key sustainability commitments of EU trade policy. The TSD/GSP Support Facility project should support the on-going implementation work of DG Trade on bilateral trade and sustainable development through research and analysis and the production of awareness-raising and communication materials.    The work of the contractor will address key sustainability conditionalities in the EU GSP regulation and key TSD commitments in EU trade agreements, in particular those grounded in international commitments: the 27 GSP-relevant conventions in Annex VIII of the GSP Regulation and the 25 international conventions and agreements part of commitments in EU TSD chapters

2.1.4 General information

Additional information : The contract duration indicated in point 5.1.3 of this contract notice covers all possible renewals. It is planned to conclude a 24-month contract, which can be renewed once for another 24 months under the same conditions. The estimated maximum amount indicated in point 2.1.3 and 5.1.5 of the contract notice is to be considered as maximum amount covering all possible renewals. This maximum amount of EUR 2,300,000 cannot be exceeded. If the maximum amount is exceeded the tender will be excluded. Moreover, the maximum amount for the first 24 months of the contract is estimated at EUR 1,150,000 and cannot be exceeded. If the maximum amount is exceeded the tender will be excluded. In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice.
