Description : Competence and personal qualities of offered consultants Under this criteria, the tenderer will be assessed to offer the best key personnel to carry out maintenance and development assignments for the Norwegian Maritime Authority. Emphasis will be put on the total experience and competence of the consultants who will work on the project, in particular within Optimizely and relevant technology for the Norwegian Maritime Directorate ́s website (see SSA-V-annex 3). Emphasis will also be put on competence and experience connected to the requirements for public websites, user experience (UX), universal design, innovation and graphic design. The Norwegian Maritime Directorate will also emphasise the key personnel's ability to collaborate. This will be assessed on the basis of CVs and stated project assignments. Furthermore, the Norwegian Maritime Authority reserves the right to emphasise its own experience with the key personnel, as well as reference calls for the persons that the Directorate has no experience with.
