Description of the options : Option 1) The contracting authority has an option to prepare and deliver both hot and cold dinners to persons living at home in the following three districts in Haram municipality: Nordøyane, Indre Haram and Ytre Haram. The tenderer shall invoice directly to the recipient of dinner. Persons living at home means users/elderly persons who do not live in the same building as the Haramssenteret. This option is voluntary for both the contracting authority and the tenderer. This means that tenderers can choose not to offer this service. This shall be stated in the tender form. If a tenderer does not offer the service, a price shall also not be given for this in the price form. Option 2) The contracting authority shall have an option to deliver food to Eidet sheltered accommodations. The option is unilateral and can be taken up by the contracting authority for the entire contract period. Eidet sheltered accommodation is located at Eidet between Vatne and Tennfjord in Haram municipality. The welfare centre currently has 43 places divided between two departments. The sheltered accommodation centre consists of sheltered accommodation flats with personnel, 24 hour nursing home places and a day centre. Eidet sheltered accommodations has its own production kitchen and cafeteria. Here you will have seating for 38, in addition to sofas with room for more. If the option is triggered, the tenderer shall deliver food to residents in the sheltered accommodations, at the institution, as well as users of the day centre. Furthermore, the production kitchen and cafeteria shall be operated by the tenderer and tenderers shall pay the rent for the disposal of these areas with the accompanying fixtures/equipment. All prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT. The prices shall include all costs the tenderer has in connection with the execution of the assignment, including, among other things, administration fees, taxes/duties, invoice costs, necessary travel activities etc.

Description : A general assessment will be made of how the tenderer will carry out the assignment, where the following elements will be emphasised separately: 1. Good routines and systems for following-up and documenting that the food is produced and served in accordance with national dietary advice. 2. Good and flexible routines to ensure availability of the necessary special costs at all times. 3. Concept for the cafeteria at the Haramssenteret, including social/cultural initiatives for the cafeteria. 4. Opening hours for the cafeterias beyond the minimum requirements in Annex 1. 5. Whether the tenderer has an organisation adapted to the assignment, with clear roles and clear division of responsibility. 6. The offered cafeteria manager ́s competence and experience of relevance for the role. Particular emphasis will be put on experience with operating catering places. Documentation requirement: The documentation requirement for points 1-5 is in Annex 6 Implementation and Organisation. Tenderers will give their response to the award criteria in this document. Information on page number limitation is in the annex. As documentation for point 6, CVs shall be submitted for the offered cafeteria person responsible for cafeteria, which contains a description of the person concerned ́s relevant competence and experience from previous assignments/working conditions. This point is documented by a supplementary form of Annex 7 - CV for the cafeteria person responsible for cafeteria. Tenderers can use their own CV template, as long as the information requested in the contracting authority ́s CV template is in the CV.
