The service provider ́s services include the hire of units during the agreement period. The agreement includes the following main deliveries: - Establishment and operation of the tenderer ́s service platform. - Hire of units - Annual operation and maintenance in accordance with the agreed service level. Standard upgrades - Support/User Support -Training -Integrations The agreement includes the hire of the following main services: - Stationary safety alarms for use in the home. - Portable safety alarm for use in and outside the home, including possibilities for localisation. Passive notification and digital visual inspection.
