Description : With this competition, a contract will be signed for the construction management assignment for two of MOVAR's ongoing projects: • New Fuglevik Treatment Facility (RA) also in short form referred to only as "FRA", and • New transfer facility from Brevik and Kambo to Fuglevik Both projects are included in MOVAR's overall, ongoing project "Cleaner Oslofjord", which involves altering the entire sewage treatment in the Moss region.   The projects at MOVAR are organised as two separate projects, but are connected closely together and are subject to the same department and project manager, as well as involving the same project employees and consultants at MOVAR. Both projects consist of several contracts and machine contracts, and are considered complex to execute. The assignment will also include responsibility for progress planning, construction site administration and progress control for the contracts. It is desirable that the tenderer offers a group of five key persons (construction managers/resources) subject to one person with overall construction management responsibility, who together amounts to: 1. General Construction Manager 2. Resource for progress and construction site administration 3. Construction manager for the machine contracts for the Fuglevik project 4. Construction manager for other contracts for the Fuglevik project 5. The assignment will start with an phasing-in of the different key persons shortly after the contract has been signed and will run until both of the projects are completed. The assignment is not set as a fixed date or length in the contract. The projects will have varying activity levels in different periods from the start of construction (the turn of the year 2024/2025) to final completion and take-over in mid 2029.
