The analysis shall cover all the vessel categories in Norwegian waters and be specific in relation to energy requirements and the electrification potential for them. Results shall be presented in such a format that data can be processed further for analysis at the contracting authority. The Norwegian Environment Agency is responsible for the implementation of the tender competition and will be the contract party. The Norwegian Environment Agency is conducting the procurement in cooperation with Enova and the Norwegian Coastal Administration. The tenderer can use sub-suppliers for the assignment. This shall be described in the tender, and the sub-supplier ́s role and competence shall be accounted for.
