Main features of the procedure : The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers who can offer ARK and consulting engineers. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for municipal activities for the development and maintenance of the municipality ́s buildings and properties. In the future there will be particularly many projects connected to schools and nurseries. The framework agreement includes all types of engineering design and consultancy work for buildings and property. The assignments within the framework agreement can include, but are not limited to: Feasibility studies, room programme, sketch/preliminary project, engineering design, function description, preparation of calculations, assistance with procurements, follow-up in the construction period etc. See the procurement documents for further information.
