Value of all contracts awarded in this notice : 280 000 Euro
Direct award :
Justification for direct award : Specific exclusions for service contracts
Other justification : The EU Delegation in Bangladesh currently has an expiring contract which contains one component with Parliament, under the Public Finance Management Technical Assistance project (CTR 417-214) i.e. Financing Agreement ACA/2018/39918. The work in Parliament needs continuation, in particular the kick-starting of the Bangladesh Institute of Parliament Studies is of high relevance in view of the Act 2001 which aims a more thorough Law-making-process. The accumulated skills and human capital built under the expiring contract should be optimally utilized for this purpose (instead of getting lost).
