In the attached presentation the following draft is a concept for a fully automatic and robotic sorting system for the library. The contract will have a number of options, including an option for the establishment of downsized sorting facilities at several district libraries.  About the dialogueWe are currently working on the tender documentation (requirements, criteria and contracts) and want input on this. We plan to submit requirements, criteria and contracts for the hearing week planning to conduct a hearing of this with a short hearing week 5 but a relatively short hearing deadline. In addition we would like an initial input round, e.g. there are equivalent systems procured by other and proposals for good requirements, criteria, price models and contract provisions. Concrete questions during the work with relatively short reply deadlines can also be sent out, for example, if it is something we suddenly want to air with the market. First question/ answerIn the first run, we would like feedback on the questions in the attached document named Response Form - market dialogue - sorting system with robots. The deadline for responding to this is already Wednesday 22.01.2025, 12.00. Responses received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work with the procurement.
