An initial contract will be awarded for a period of Three [3] years with an option to extend for a period of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions. The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to satisfactory annual performance, budget availability and ongoing business needs.
