Description : Information provision services on politically exposed persons and international sanctions include the necessary access to the Service Provider's database, where the Contracting Authority is given the opportunity to manually and automatically verify and monitor information about selected individuals and legal entities, at its discretion include these persons in the continuous monitoring of the Service Provider's database, and, through ongoing monitoring of these persons, receive alerts regarding any changes to their data. The object of the procurement shall not be subdivided into lots. The system needs to be unified and operate as a single platform, and solutions from different suppliers may not be compatible. The proposal must contain for the entire scope of the Services. The maximum duration of the Contract is 36 months. The maximum amount of funds available for the procurement is EUR 170 000 excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority intends to procure the Services on an as-needed basis in accordance with the fixed rates proposed by the Service Provider (i.e. fixed-fee pricing). Preliminary number of Service Users - 5. The Procurement Documents shall specify the provisional quantities of the Services, which are subject to change (increase or decrease) during the performance of the Contract. The Contracting authority shall not be obliged to procure all of the provisional quantities of the Services and/or for the full amount of funds indicated. If during the term of the Contract the Contracting Authority has a need to purchase services (of identical/similar use) that are not provided for in the Contract, but which are related to the subject matter of the Contract hereinafter referred to as the "Unforeseen Services"), the Customer shall have the right to purchase up to a maximum of ten (10) per cent of the Unforeseen Services, without increasing the Original Contract Price.

Description : Tiekėjas įsipareigoja visą Sutarties galiojimo laikotarpį užtikrinti pašalinimo pagrindų, nurodytų Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo (toliau – VPĮ) 46 straipsnio 1 d. 7 p., 3 d., 6 d. 1 p., nebuvimą. Sutartis su Tiekėju bus nutraukta, jeigu Tiekėjui bus nustatyti aukščiau minėtuose VPĮ 46 straipsnio punktuose nurodyti pašalinimo pagrindai: 1) prekyba žmonėmis, vaiko pirkimas arba pardavimas (VPĮ 46 str. 1 d. 7 p.); 2) įsipareigojimų, susijusių su mokesčių, įskaitant socialinio draudimo įmokas, mokėjimu ( VPĮ 46 str. 3 d.); 3) Tiekėjas yra pažeidęs bent vieną iš VPĮ 17 str. 2 d. 2 p. nurodytų aplinkos apsaugos, socialinės ir darbo teisės įpareigojimų ( VPĮ 46 str. 6 d. 1 p.). Pirkėjas bet kuriuo Sutarties vykdymo metu turi teisę pareikalauti iš Tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimą pagrindžiančių dokumentus. 11.2.2.
