The assistance shall ensure competence and capacity for supporting and implementing the development model within the framework for controlling and managing the digital first choice, as well as within the framework for Data Lake.

Main features of the procedure : The total scope of the Assistance is estimated to be approx. 14,000 hours per annum. Due to some uncertainty connected to the assignment quantity, there is a need for flexibility of capacity that amounts to approx. 20% per annum. This means both an increase and a reduction in total capacity. The extent of the phasing-in in the start-up year depends on the date of the contract and the start-up plan. The contract is generally subject to changes in the extent of the resource need, changes in the political priorities and/or budgetary adjustments. The contracting authority would therefore like an option for the assignment to be adjusted and possibly scaled down with one month notice. It is estimated that the scope of the Assistance will be divided in this way between the two teams: Developer team: approx. 60 %Data Lake team: approx. 40 %It will always be the Customer ́s priority that will state the exact distribution of performance and capacity within the different areas and teams. The contract will be valid for 2 years from when it is signed. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for up to 1+1 years, so that the maximum length is 4 years.
