NAV Measures Oslo shall procure the labour market measure "Follow-up: Training with Support" for persons who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. The follow-up measure Training with support shall give each participant individually facilitated follow-up assistance that is necessary for implementing NAV approved training measures. The measure can also be used for subsequent transitions to ordinary wage work. When the measure is used when transitioning to work, participants shall acquire job seeker competence and get assistance in the job search process. See the requirement specifications in the tender documentation Part III, annex 1 for further specifications of the service requirements.
